Recent News

• We have invested in new technology to further develop Scan-on-Demand. This service is a highly efficient method of retrieving documents very quickly and with virtually no environmental impact.
• Clients can remotely manage their own archive at BOX-IT via the secure RS-Web system. This reduces the need for paperwork and allows real-time viewing and editing of stored archive material.
• We will be accredited to ISO 14001 by June 2009. We will operate
  within a prescribed Environmental Management System to reduce the negative environmental impacts of our operation
• File-by-file retrieval is increasing in popularity and allows a highly efficient and cost effective service to be achieved. Smaller vehicles can be used and less space is taken up in the clients’ workplace. All files are individually bar-coded and intrinsically linked to specific boxes of origin.
