Protecting data shouldn’t cost the Earth

Paper recycling is a vital part of reducing landfill waste and protecting virgin forest. BOX-IT is committed to recycling and we strive to help our customers achieve similar standards of excellence. Recycling paper is also a requirement of new legislation that requires all companies, large or small, to reduce waste going to landfill.

Archived boxes of documents at the end of their lifecycle are destroyed and recycled at our customers’ request.

Documents are securely shredded then recycled and a certificate of destruction is issued for our customers’ compliance purposes.

BOX-IT can equip customers’ premises with waste paper collection bins and lockable collection bins for confidential documents. We then regularly remove, shred and recycle bagged waste paper.
