Richard has more than 20 years’ experience in IT sales and sales management.

He joined Box-it Data Management Limited in 2010 from IBM, where he ran part of its Energy and Utilities business.

Previously, Richard was head of sales for an information/document management software company.

He has also started and sold his own business.
