At BOX-IT, we take great care of our customers’ documents. And when those documents come to the end of their lifecycle, our level of care and quality of service is maintained. BOX-IT Document Shredding protects our customers’ businesses by destroying obsolete confidential documents responsibly and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

• Documents handled by an ISO 9000 approved company accustomed to operating to stringent quality standards.

• All office paper is destroyed under written contract with BOX-IT, while our advanced barcode system ensures a fully audited document trail.

• Documents are shredded, under video surveillance, within 24 hours of collection. Certificates of destruction are provided for each batch of documents destroyed.

• Documents destroyed on our customers’ behalf are recycled to produce new paper-based products in line with legislation on the pre-treatment of waste.
