At BOX-IT, we take great care of our customers’ documents. And when those documents come to the end of their lifecycle, our level of care and quality of service is maintained. BOX-IT Document Destruction protects our customers’ businesses by destroying obsolete confidential documents responsibly and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Documents handled by an ISO 9000 approved company accustomed to operating to stringent quality standards.

All office paper is destroyed under written contract with BOX-IT, while our advanced barcode system ensures a fully audited document trail.

Documents are shredded, under video surveillance, within 24 hours of collection. Certificates of destruction are provided for each batch of documents destroyed.

Documents destroyed on our customers’ behalf are recycled to produce new paper-based products in line with legislation on the pre-treatment of waste.
