As you will be aware the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes in to force on 25th May 2018. It supplants national law in the EU and increases data subject rights with regard to their personal data. Covering both data controllers and data processors, it recognises and protects the rights of EU citizens as ‘digital citizens’ on a global basis, no matter where their data is processed.
Updates and Responsibilities
At Box-it we cover both a role as a data processor for our clients, and a data controller for our own business activities. Below you will find our GDPR statement of compliance.
