Director of Operations

Bob joined Box-it in April 2015 as Director of Operations with a background in operational excellence, transformation, quality and customer service. A ‘people focused leader’, Bob is an experienced hand in directing and leading change and improvements.

He was instrumental in leading the development and opening of our state-of-the-art Digital Office at Box-it Head Office. This involved moving our data capture and scanning operations from Houghton Regis to our purpose-built secure facility in Winchester, more than doubling our throughput capability.

With enthusiasm for people leadership, embracing change and continuous improvement, it was Bob who created the aspirational vision of ‘Always Better…. a sentiment now championed by the team at Box-it Head Office and our regional offices throughout the UK, Ireland and the Isle of Man.

Bob attributes Box-it’s core strength as being the “largest independent operation in the document management sector with incredible staff focused on delivering the best to our customers.”

Away from Box-it, Bob is a keen fly fisherman, loves rugby and enjoys cooking.
